It’s a lot easier to eat a whole-foods-based (aka “real food”) diet when you have those foods stocked at home!
And it’s important that you actually LIKE and WILL EAT those foods. 😋
I know this seems like a no-brainer but if you don’t have healthy food at home that you like … you’re much more likely to get takeout.
Go through your cabinets, fridge, and freezer and make sure you have some great go-to’s on hand.
