💪SUGAR-FREE BREAKFAST CHALLENGE!
This week your challenge is to avoid added sugar in your first meal of the day … and yes, this includes your coffee creamer! :-)
But it does NOT include the natural sugars found in fruit.
👉A quick “why” on this challenge: A lot of us start our days with a big jolt of caffeine and sugar that leaves us feeling tired just a few hours later.
You can keep your coffee, just not the sugary stuff you put in it!
💡Some breakfast ideas:
No-bake cookie oatmeal (oats with natural PB and chocolate protein powder)
Eggs & bacon
Breakfast burrito (beans & salsa wrapped in a corn tortilla, yum!)
Your dinner leftovers
Chia pudding with berries
