💪This challenge is all about becoming aware of what you put in, on, and around your body – and taking back control.
Your assignment: read the labels on your
Food packages (ingredients, nutrition, etc.)
Self-care products (shampoos, soaps, sunscreens, cosmetics, etc.)
Home cleaning products (disinfectants, cleansers, etc.)
🧐There are a LOT of things to look for – but this is where the internet is our friend!
If you don’t know what something is, do a search! It can be super eye-opening and can help you be more informed about what you choose to use.
✅Here are some things to look for:
Food labels: added sugars, unhealthy fats, excess sodium, refined grains and flours, empty calories, and any words you can’t pronounce!
Self-care products: parabens, phthalates, sulfates
Home cleaning products: bleach, ammonia, chlorine, and anything you’re not sure about
